With over 25 years of consulting experience, Tony works with leaders and their teams in both large corporates and SMEs. His clients include De La Rue, Compass and the United Nations, and span the UK and abroad. With a strong focus on delivering the possible and ‘making it happen’, he coaches leaders to develop and achieve their own personal vision, coaches leadership effectiveness in senior teams, and consults in succession and communication.
Tony started his commercial career with well-recognised brand names including Smiths crisps, Timex, and GKN. Buying his first business in 1992, he was a coach and consultant before co-founding Strategic Awareness in 2001.
Outside of work Tony loves to cook and experience the joy (and frustration!) of working on his golf handicap.
