Sarah is a Leadership & Team coach and works with existing and fledgling leaders to capitalise on their strengths and convictions so that they can lead confidently and thrive in demanding roles.
What lights her up is working with people to enable them to make the most of their unique “bag of tricks”, to tap into their natural resourcefulness and resilience so that they “play big” and bring the best of themselves both into their work and their lives. She believes that leadership starts from within – we are all leaders in our own lives (whether we hold a “leadership” role or not) and so that’s where the work begins.
Sarah is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (Co-Active Certified) and Certified Team Coach with over 10 years of experience coaching and developing leaders in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Before her coaching career Sarah worked in marketing, holding roles such as the Head of Audience Development and Brand at the British Library where she lead change and brand identity programs.
Sarah is a huge fan of the outdoors and loves trail running; she currently training to be a Forest Bathing guide and mindfulness teacher. Any other spare time is spent looking after a menagerie of animals and exploring new places at home and abroad.
