THE INNER ROAR PROGRAMME FOR DIRECTORS:

 

Everyone has an Inner Roar. In pursuit of greater personal awareness, a clearer personal vision and a strong focus on how they want to lead moving forward, the programme is designed to bring the ‘roar to the fore’. It provides a transformative, energetic and interactive experience to those who want to be more, see more and do more with their leadership.

It is a personal leadership approach that focuses on the whole person, helping to achieve the authenticity and congruency so critical to great leadership in challenging, high pressure, business environments. We focus on 7 core personal leadership themes. These themes are challenging, require a degree of personal introspection, and form the focus of the programme.
