What to expect:
RESEARCH & INSIGHT
We conduct research to understand the current employee experience, along with aspirations for what the future employee experience needs to encompass.
We bring key stakeholders from different parts of the business together for a workshop to co-create the Employer Brand Proposition.
We conduct focus groups to test the proposition’s attractiveness, credibility and stretch. We then refine and finalise the EVP.
We facilitate workshops to develop the plans for how the EVP will be communicated and brought to life through employee and candidate touchpoints.
